We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will own the growth engine end-to-end and use analytics, experimentation, and product-led growth techniques to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Build and analyze dashboards using analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and internal product dashboards.
- Run structured growth experiments (A/B tests, onboarding flows, pricing experiments) using tools like VWO / Optimizely / Google Optimize alternatives.
- Track user journeys and identify friction points through funnels, cohorts, heatmaps, event tracking, and user behavior segmentation.
- Work with Product & Engineering to ship features that improve conversion and user experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing on SEO, content, lifecycle emails, CRM, and paid channels.
- Set up and optimize lifecycle automation using customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Develop referral loops, PLG funnels, retention programs, and user reactivation flows.
- Translate insights into actionable tasks and ensure cross-functional execution.
Tools You Will Work With
- Analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4
- User Behavior: Hotjar, FullStory, Smartlook
- Experimentation: VWO, Optimizely, A/B testing systems
- Automation/CRM: HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze
- Data & Reporting: Looker Studio, Power BI, BigQuery, spreadsheets
- Product Tools: Notion, Jira, Figma for working with design & tech
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data.
- Hands-on executor who can design, implement, and measure experiments independently.
- Experience working closely with engineers and product teams.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, funnels, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Excellent communication and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
