Position: Senior Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Data Cloud

• Implement and manage Data Cloud data models, data streams, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Configure identity resolution, harmonization rules, and profile unification.
• Build and optimize segments, calculated insights, and activation targets.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Monitor ingestion, processing, and data transformations for performance and accuracy.
• Build connectors and integrations with Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, and external data sources.

Salesforce Agentforce

• Configure and train AI agents using Agentforce tools.
• Define agent roles, capabilities, decision trees, guardrails, and connected actions.
• Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud unified profiles to drive personalized automation.
• Implement agent workflows for sales enablement, customer service, and operational automation.
• Test, evaluate, and refine agent behavior for accuracy, safety, and productivity.
• Work with cross-functional teams to scale agent use cases across channels.

Cross-Cloud & Technical Delivery

• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable integrations.
• Support real-time and batch activation patterns (APIs, events, connectors).
• Document configurations, workflows, and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, identity resolution, and agent actions.
• Provide support and enablement to business users and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
• Knowledge of Agentforce or other LLM/AI-assisted automation tools.
• Experience with Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud is a strong asset.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and identity resolution.
• Experience with APIs, integration patterns, and cloud connectors.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud Consultant, Administrator, AI Associate, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
