Job Description
Monitoring periodic vehicle maintenance based on their operational mileage.
Issuing scheduled or emergency maintenance requests, following up on execution, and keeping scanned copies.
Communicating with service centers and authorized dealerships to coordinate periodic maintenance
Coordinating with suppliers regarding maintenance pricing and negotiating the best offers to reduce company expenses.
Maintaining continuous communication with suppliers, providing support, and resolving issues promptly.
Monitoring partner contract expiry dates .
Following up on the renewal of insurance policies
Sourcing new suppliers and managing contracting procedures.
renew vehicle licenses, preparing required documents, and following up until completion.
Accessing the traffic violations system on a daily and monthly basis to track vehicle violations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of proven experience in fleet coordination, fleet management, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible working hours as required.
- Experience in the car rental, limousine, or transportation industry is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
