Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Real Estate based in Sheikh Zayed II, Giza, Egypt. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of real estate professionals, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company standards. Responsibilities include guiding and supervising staff in brokerage activities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless operations within the team. The role also involves identifying business opportunities within the commercial real estate sector and driving strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

🔹 Min. 4-6 years Real Estate experience.

🔹 Min. 3 year’s experience specifically in the Zayed market.

🔹 Proven track record in leading teams.
