Job Description
Your MissionSupports and coordinates on all communication/media/PR/events initiatives.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Develop and implement the HR Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with the Group HR strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s). Collaborate with department managers to proactively identify future hiring needs and attract and select candidates for mid-level and high-level positions. Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work” by implementing effective employer branding strategies. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure a high standard of talent acquisition. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. Manage ongoing relationships with identified customer segments, providing analyses and recommendations based on customer feedback. Engage stakeholders by identifying their needs, issues, and concerns, and by organizing meetings and events to promote understanding and commitment. Design and develop training courses and learning programs, incorporating specified methodologies and delivery channels to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement. Deliver training programs, advising and guiding learners, and evaluating their progress. Communicate the local action plan, explaining its relation to the function’s strategy and the broader organization’s mission and vision, and motivate employees to achieve business goals. Assess candidates through various methods such as interviews, assessment centers, and aptitude tests, providing feedback and evaluating against recruitment criteria. Aggregate and analyze customer issues to develop response strategies. Conduct workplace observations and assessments of professional and technical skills, providing feedback to assessees and line managers. Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill specialist and management roles, utilizing diverse talent attraction and engagement processes. Contribute to the creation and validation of assessment centers, preparing documentation and training assessors. Provide specialist advice on policies and procedures, resolving queries and referring complex issues as necessary. Set and achieve personal and team performance objectives, using performance management systems to improve outcomes. Identify and address the development needs of team members, providing training and coaching to enhance performance and potential. Ensure all job descriptions are compliant with the company’s diversity and inclusion guidelines, using precise and descriptive language for each task and responsibility.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent LevelSound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
