Job Description

• Oversee and manage all phases of fit out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and client requirements are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and resolve issues.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Lead project meetings, provide regular progress updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets or exceeds established standards and client expectations.
• Provide comprehensive data to technical office for project documentation, including updated quantities/contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Mentor and supervise project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or construction management, with a strong focus on fit out projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale fit out or interior construction projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements related to fit out projects.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
