About the Role

Our client, a well-established restaurant brand in the Food & Beverage sector, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Officer with 2–3 years of experience. The selected candidate will support the brand’s marketing efforts across coordination, content review, social media management, and event support.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project documentation.

Content Review & Brand Consistency

• Review and proofread marketing content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist in the creation or refinement of marketing copy for digital and offline channels.
• Organize and maintain brand asset libraries (photos, videos, menus, etc.).

Social Media Management

• Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across social media platforms.
• Engage with followers and support community-building and customer interaction.
• Track social media metrics and prepare basic performance reports.

Events & Activations

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, promotions, and activations.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure proper brand representation.

Market & Competitive Insights

• Conduct basic market research and gather insights to support marketing strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity, trends, and emerging opportunities in the F&B market.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, retail, or F&B.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
