. Market & Customer Analysis
• Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive benchmarks.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for segment growth, and value proposition differentiation.
• Monitor the performance of assigned segments, tracking key KPIs such as acquisition, retention, and revenue per customer.
2. Segment Strategy, Value Proposition Development & Execution
• Develop and maintain compelling, differentiated value propositions tailored to each segment’s needs.
• Identify gaps in existing segment offerings and propose enhancements to increase competitiveness against industry best practices and emerging customer expectations.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance existing solutions and develop new offerings as needed.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, legal, operations, compliance, finance and retail banking teams to drive segment adoption and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Support digital initiatives by identifying digital banking opportunities relevant to each segment.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and analyze segment performance through financial and behavioral KPIs, ensuring value propositions effectively drive engagement and revenue.
• Prepare reports and presentations with insights and recommendations for management.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of segment-specific initiatives and propose improvements.
• Measure the impact of value proposition enhancements on customer acquisition, retention, and overall profitability.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work with marketing teams to design communication strategies that effectively convey segment-specific value propositions.
• Partner with MIS, Products and DP teams to enhance customer engagement through personalized offerings.
• Liaise with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines in segment-related initiatives and offerings.
• Support frontline staff with training and insights on segment-specific value propositions to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
5. Customer Engagement, Experience Enhancement & Value Proposition Optimization
• Develop and Execute initiatives in full, from concept to terms and conditions and from Marcom briefing to training front liners to improve customer experience, loyalty, and advocacy within the assigned segments.
• Leverage data insights to continuously optimize offerings and ensure they remain relevant to evolving customer needs.
