Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong design expertise, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to translate business requirements into visually compelling and highly usable interfaces. The ideal candidate will drive design excellence while collaborating closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Strategy

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and final execution.
• Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across digital products.
• Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and high-quality user experience across all platforms.

User Research & Experience Optimization

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Continuously optimize user journeys to improve engagement, usability, and conversion.

Collaboration & Product Development

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to align design solutions with business goals.
• Provide clear design specifications, assets, and guidance to development teams.
• Participate in product planning, design reviews, and sprint discussions.

Design Systems & Innovation

• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable assets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in UI/UX practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in UI/UX design, including senior or lead-level responsibilities.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, UX thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers.
