Job Description

• Identify and develop new clients in international markets and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring their needs are met.
• Prepare sales plans and execute export strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate with clients and present export offers that align with the company’s interests.
• Follow up on export procedures (shipping, documentation, customs clearance) to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct market research and monitor global trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in the fresh agricultural export sales sector
• Strong understanding of international markets and customer needs
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•  A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for global trade
