Job Description
• Manage daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the main point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Follow up on action items and strategic tasks.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally.
• Support management-level projects and administrative operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in office management or executive support roles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
