Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, retention, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Demonstrated customer-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
- English B2–C1
