Operational Excellence Process
Handle the cancellation and modification for upcoming Visiting Clinics.
Customers complaints in order to contribute actively to patients retention, maximize sales and increase customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the Call centes Team leader.
Handle Online Booking.
