A leading company in the Contracting sector is immediately looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join its Human Resources team in Heliopolis, Cairo.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing hiring procedures.
📝 REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience specifically as a Recruitment Specialist.
Sector Preference: Previous recruitment experience in the Contracting sector is highly preferred.
Language: Proficiency (Good to Very Good level) in spoken and written English.
Professional Certifications: Relevant HR/Recruitment certifications or advanced courses are a strong plus.
💼 WORK ENVIRONMENT & BENEFITS:
Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
Working Days: 6 days per week (with a rotation day off).
Location: Heliopolis (Masr El Gedida), Cairo.
