Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) based in Cairo, Egypt. The CCO will oversee the company’s commercial strategies, develop and implement effective business and sales plans, and ensure financial objectives are met. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, fostering client relationships, managing key accounts, monitoring market trends, and driving business development initiatives that align with the organization’s long-term goals and growth strategy. Collaboration with other executive members to establish and achieve strategic goals will also be central to this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Strong skills in Sales and Account Management
• Ability to create and manage Budgeting processes effectively
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree, such as an MBA, ACII, is preferred
• Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage
