Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and cultivating strong relationships with customers. The role involves lead generation, presenting customized solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Account Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify opportunities and maintain client engagement
- Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building abilities to foster trust and collaboration with clients
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Ability to meet sales goals and work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
