Job Description
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth upon arrival at the center.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services and appointments.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using the center’s booking system.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and inviting manner.
- Coordinate with radiology and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation.
- Handle patient records with confidentiality and comply with data protection protocols.
- Assist with billing, payments, and issuing receipts as required.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy reception area.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Proficiency in using office software and appointment scheduling systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Willingness to work on-site and adhere to the center’s operational hours.
