Occupation Description
The Administration Executive assists in overseeing administrative day-to-day operations.
Job Scope
- Arrange and manage travel bookings and reservations for colleagues
- Develop, organize, and maintain an efficient filing system
- Coordinate processes and activities with the fleet management team
- Maintain organized and accurate records, ensuring timely updates of databases, calendars, and related files
- Manage CED branches’ buffet consumption, water and electricity usage, equipment maintenance, furniture maintenance, water and sewage services, and maintain asset inventory and movement lists
- Prepare a daily report for CED’s office consumption
- Act as an SAP user and create PRs for all administration services
- Assets physical count
Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Computer skills with advanced knowledge of word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
