Job Summary
NoVi Designs & Finishing is seeking an experienced B2B Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth primarily in the Egyptian market, with selective exposure to regional projects in KSA and UAE.
This role is suited for a senior professional with a strong technical understanding of Fit-Out, MEP, Low Current, and Fine Finishing solutions, a solid B2B network, and a proven track record of closing high-value, complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow a strong B2B sales pipeline across:
-Fit-Out & Turnkey Projects
-MEP & Low Current Systems
-Fine Finishing Solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with:
-Consultants
-Main Contractors
-Developers & Master Developers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large-scale and landmark developments in Egypt.
- Lead tendering processes end-to-end, including:
-RFQs, BOQs, and bid documentation
-Technical and commercial proposals
-Pricing strategy and bid positioning
- Manage contract negotiations and successfully close 7-digit and above projects.
- Coordinate closely with estimation, engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure commercially competitive and technically compliant offers.
- Support selected business development activities and opportunities in KSA & UAE, when required.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record and experience (minimum 5–7 years) in B2B sales within:
-Fit-Out & Interior Contracting
-MEP & Low Current Systems
-Integrated Design & Build Solutions
- Strong active network in the Egyptian market with consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Demonstrated track record of closing high-value projects and managing 7-digit contracts.
- Solid experience in tendering, commercial negotiations, and deal structuring.
- Background in fine finishing solutions is a strong advantage.
- Previous exposure to Saudi Arabia and/or UAE markets is a plus, not a requirement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Commercially driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating at a senior level.
- Ability to manage pressure and perform in highly target-driven organizations.
- Must own a car and be willing to travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven ability to exceed sales and pipeline growth targets.
