We operate with a startup mindset lean teams, fast decision-making, and strong ownership. We are looking for a Program / Product Manager who is excited to work close to engineering, shape AI-powered products, and deliver real customer impact.

Role Overview

As a Program / Product Manager for AI Applications, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing delivery, and coordinating execution across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup where priorities evolve quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered applications
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage end-to-end program execution, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine features
• Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
• Drive Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews)
• Track KPIs, delivery milestones, and product success metrics
• Ensure alignment between product, technology, and business goals
• Support go-to-market readiness and product documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or similar role
• Experience delivering software products or platforms, preferably SaaS or cloud-native
• Strong understanding of AI applications (GenAI, ML-powered features, or AI-enabled workflows)
• Experience working closely with engineering and DevOps teams
• Strong ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and technical-functional documentation
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub (basic understanding)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
