Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Maadi. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide support while ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and contributing to overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for engaging with diverse customers
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy for managing tools and systems effectively
- Effective communication abilities and the capacity to handle calls efficiently
- Previous experience in a call center or related field is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
- No Experience Needed
- English B1+
