Reflect Real Estate Development is seeking a qualified Civil / Architectural Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years and maximum 8 years of experience in construction execution.
• Strong experience in concrete structure and/or finishing works for:
• Hotels
• Malls
• Administrative buildings
• Residential compounds
• Previous experience in special façade finishes is a plus, such as:
• (Curtain Wall, Cladding, Marble, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong skills in execution management, quality control, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of concrete structure and fully finished works for company projects in Obour City.
• Ensure all works comply with approved technical specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, designers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit periodic technical reports to management.
• Monitor project schedules and work progress, and resolve technical issues when required.
