We are hiring on behalf of a well-established software company seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates across the MENA region.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the company’s clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and supporting long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Onboard new clients and provide training on software products and features.
- Monitor client health metrics and usage data to proactively identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on client status, engagement, and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship management, preferably in software or SaaS companies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer usage data and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple client accounts.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
