Job Description
Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, pitching technology solutions to prospective clients, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. The role combines front-facing responsibilities with strong proposal and documentation support, including preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating client meetings, and supporting internal teams to ensure timely and high quality deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Client EngagementIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industriesUnderstand client business needs and how the company’s solutions address operational and strategic challengesBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholdersSupport in nurturing leads and progressing opportunities through the sales pipelineProposals & Commercial SupportSupport the preparation of technical and commercial proposalsCoordinate inputs from internal teams (product, CS, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and compliant proposalsEnsure all proposals and client documents are professionally formatted, accurate, and submitted on timeClient Coordination & Sales OperationsArrange and coordinate client meetings, demos, workshops, and follow-up sessionsPrepare meeting agendas, presentations, and post-meeting summaries or action pointsTrack opportunities, proposals, and client interactions in CRM systemsSupport contract and agreement preparation by coordinating with internal stakeholdersFollow up with clients on proposals, feedback, and next stepsRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field2–5 years of experience in business development, sales support, or pre-salesStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic as native language)Proven ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentsGood understanding of technology solutions and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiencesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExperience with CRM systems is a plusWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
