Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an ERPNext Implementer, located in Cairo, Egypt. The ERPNext Implementer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of ERPNext solutions. Day-to-day. duties include consulting with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, configuring and customizing ERPNext software as per the clients’ needs, providing training to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving client issues, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions. The role also involves detailed documentation and collaboration with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Configure modules such as Accounts, Inventory, CRM, HR, Projects, and Manufacturing.

Conduct client workshops to understand business processes.

Customize forms, print formats, and reports using Frappe customizations.

Suggest best practices and improvements in ERP usage.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of ERPNext implementation experience (mandatory).

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Proficiency in ERPNext implementation, configuration, and customization

Understanding of business processes in key areas such as accounting, inventory management, manufacturing, CRM, HR, and education

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to effectively communicate with clients and conduct user training sessions

Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks used for ERPNext customization (such as Python, JavaScript, or Frappe Framework) is a plus

Attention to detail and ability to document processes and technical details clearly

Relevant experience in ERP implementation or related fields
