Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance / Accounting Manager to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support management decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts; report variances and provide financial insights
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and local authorities
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Oversee internal control systems and continuously improve financial processes
• Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and reporting
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage)
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Experience in construction sector is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (especially Turkish) are a plus.
