Job Description

We are hiring a Finance Specialist to support MKC with budgeting, pricing models, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting on a part-time basis.

Role Overview 

This is a technical, analytical role responsible for building financial clarity across MKC’s consulting and regional projects.

Key Responsibilities

•  Prepare pricing models for consulting packages and machinery projects. •
• Build annual budgets and track actuals. •
• Perform cashflow forecasting and cost-based pricing. •
•  Support profitability studies for R&D and regional distribution opportunities. •
• Prepare monthly financial health summaries.

Requirements

• Strong AI productivity skills (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) •
• Ability to integrate AI into workflow for automation, reporting, research, and content generation •
•  3–5 years in finance, FP&A, or cost accounting (maturity required), FP&A, or cost accounting. •
•  Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. •
• Ability to translate numbers into clear insights. •
• Experience with Zoho Books for invoicing, cost tracking, and financial reporting. •
•  Ability to build, export, and reconcile financial reports from Zoho. •
• Understanding of Zoho Books automation for vendor/customer flows
