VMware Infrastructure Engineer – Up to €500 per day

Fully Remote in Europe

8 month contract

Cloud Bridge Technology Recruitment is partnering with a multinational motoring organisation to hire an experienced VMware Infrastructure Engineer on a 8 month contract. This role will support the operation, optimisation and modernisation of enterprise VMware environments across multiple European markets and their customer base.

You’ll be working as part of a distributed infrastructure team responsible for maintaining stable, secure and high-performing virtualised platforms. The role suits someone comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with a strong focus on reliability and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a VMware Infrastructure Engineer
• Hands-on experience with vSphere, ESXi, vCenter
• Good understanding of enterprise storage and networking concepts
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multinational team
• Experience with automation or scripting (PowerCLI, PowerShell)
• Exposure to hybrid cloud or migration projects
• French or German language skills (advantageous but not essential)
