About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic business partner and lead our human resources function across multiple GCC jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to shape HR excellence in an industrial automation company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop the HR team while driving people strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Implement performance management frameworks and employee recognition programs
  • Build HR analytics capabilities and leverage data for strategic decision-making
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across GCC jurisdictions
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes ensuring compliance with GCC labor laws
  • Oversee onboarding and integration programs for remote and distributed team members
  • Develop and maintain employment contracts ensuring full compliance across all GCC jurisdictions
  • Oversee visa processing, work permits, and expatriate documentation requirements
  • Monitor legislative changes and proactively update policies, procedures, and templates
  • Manage all employment separations including final settlements, gratuity calculations, and exit processes
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution
  • Handle workplace concerns, conduct investigations, and implement fair resolution processes
  • Provide training on company policies, ethical conduct, and professional behavior
  • Lead HRIS implementation, optimization, and vendor selection
  • Design and administer benefits programs, leave management, and compensation structures
  • Create comprehensive HR operations manuals and policy documentation
  • Coordinate payroll processes and maintain accurate HR records and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 3 years in a managerial capacity leading HR teams
  • Proven expertise in multi-jurisdictional HR operations, particularly within GCC
  • Expert knowledge of GCC Labor Laws, especially UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Strong track record in policy development and organizational change management
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR functions across distributed and remote teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment contracts, compensation structures, and compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR technology tools
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in HR metrics and data analysis
