🔹 Job Description:

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the link between our customers, sales, and operations teams — ensuring every order is processed accurately and delivered on time while maintaining excellent communication and service quality.

Your main duties will include:

• Receiving customer orders from the Sales team and registering them accurately on the system.

• Coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams to prepare and dispatch orders.

• Tracking order progress and following up to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

• Communicating with internal teams regarding order updates and inquiries.

• Supporting daily operational tasks and ensuring all steps meet company standards.

• Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience) — eager to learn and grow.

• ⁠Live In Cairo

• Excellent communication and organization skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Good command of Microsoft Office.

• Comfortable with rotational shifts.
