Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across all social media platforms.
• Monitor daily interactions, comments, and community engagement.
• Reply to all DMs, comments, and messages across social media platforms and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the creation of social media content, including captions, ideas, and basic visual assets.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics to help improve content strategies.
• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Good understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Strong writing skills with a creative, youthful, and brand-aware voice.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
• Interest in the creative, 3D, or digital industry is a bonus.
