Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets
- Own monthly and annual sales targets through consistent performance
- Monitor sales results closely and take decisive actions where needed
- Ensure disciplined execution across the full sales cycle
- Oversee pricing integrity and ensure positioning is maintained
- Ensure commercial issues are identified early, escalated clearly, and resolved decisively
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and structured management updates
- Track KPIs related to volume, revenue, margin, pricing, and customer performance
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting discipline
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
- Monitor competitive positioning and identify threats and growth opportunities
- Translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies
- Lead sales development in the local market with full commercial ownership
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding the customer base
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
- Conduct regular customer visits and market visits to maintain visibility and insight
- Lead the local sales team with clear direction, structure, and accountability
- Maintain a full overview of pipeline, performance, and execution across the team
- Hold the team accountable for results, discipline, and reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the paper or packaging industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Sales Management tools
