Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets
  • Own monthly and annual sales targets through consistent performance
  • Monitor sales results closely and take decisive actions where needed
  • Ensure disciplined execution across the full sales cycle
  • Oversee pricing integrity and ensure positioning is maintained
  • Ensure commercial issues are identified early, escalated clearly, and resolved decisively
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and structured management updates
  • Track KPIs related to volume, revenue, margin, pricing, and customer performance
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting discipline
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
  • Monitor competitive positioning and identify threats and growth opportunities
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies
  • Lead sales development in the local market with full commercial ownership
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, expanding the customer base
  • Manage and grow strategic customer accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Conduct regular customer visits and market visits to maintain visibility and insight
  • Lead the local sales team with clear direction, structure, and accountability
  • Maintain a full overview of pipeline, performance, and execution across the team
  • Hold the team accountable for results, discipline, and reporting standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the paper or packaging industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Sales Management tools
