About the job
1. Basic Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of organization development (OD) initiatives, including workforce planning, competency frameworks, performance management, and talent development to drive business growth and efficiency.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
2.1 Main Tasks:
Organization Development & Workforce Planning:
- Assist in the design and implementation of OD programs to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning initiatives, including job analysis, career paths, and succession planning.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure alignment with business needs.
Performance Management & KPI Development:
- Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Assist in the development and alignment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on performance evaluation best practices.
Competency Framework & Talent Development:
- Help develop and maintain competency frameworks for different job families and career levels.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying competency gaps and recommending training solutions.
- Work with the training team to design competency-based learning programs for employees.
Change Management & Employee Engagement:
- Assist in change management programs, ensuring smooth adaptation to organizational shifts.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and proposing action plans.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights on talent trends, workforce planning, and organizational performance.
- Generate monthly OD reports on key initiatives, engagement metrics, and development programs.
