Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Follow-Up Supervisor located in Giza, Egypt. The role involves overseeing daily production activities to ensure schedules and targets are met, monitoring and streamlining production processes, and addressing and solving production-related issues. The supervisor will also coordinate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Supervisory Skills and Production Management.
• Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.
• Communicate directly with external factories, providing full details of styles, quantities, and production specifications.
• Monitor daily production operations at the factories to ensure the agreed production plan is being followed.
• Ensure factories comply with all technical specifications, including fabrics, patterns, sizing, and finishing standards.
• Identify and resolve issues during production, coordinating with the factory to maintain smooth workflow.
• Track the production timeline and ensure all quantities are delivered on schedule.
• Prepare regular reports on production status, quality, and progress levels.
