Job Description

• Oversee and manage elevator and escalator installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, procurement, and installation to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation and ensure on-site compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct site visits to supervise installation activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed.
• Liaise with clients to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the elevators, escalators, or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of elevator/escalator systems, components, and installation procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to construction and installation projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
