We’re Hiring: Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team and lead our Quality Assurance operations in the Frozen Fruits & Vegetables / Food Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation and compliance with HACCP, NFSA, BRC, and internal QC standards
• Oversee incoming raw material inspection and product quality compliance
• Monitor production quality, analyze QC reports, and verify specifications
• Handle customer claims, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions
• Manage and continuously improve quality control and documentation systems
• Evaluate packaging materials and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in food manufacturing (Frozen Fruits & Vegetables preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proven experience in freezing processes
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
