Job Vacancy – Help Desk & Community ( Receptionist )

Position Title: Help Desk & Community Receptionist

Location: New Cairo & New Heliopolis

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.

• Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and reception calendar.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).

• Provide general administrative support to various departments.

• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.

• Manage visitor entry and ensure proper documentation.

• Support community operations by ensuring a pleasant experience for tenants, customers, and guests.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Customer Service, or Help Desk.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• English proficiency is a plus.
