The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and prospective Bioventus channel partners across the MENA region.She/he is accountable for achieving predetermined sales quotas at regional and country level and for driving the geographical expansion of the Bioventus portfolio within the assigned markets.In close collaboration with channel partners, the Sales Manager will coordinate local activities that support commercial success, such as marketing initiatives, regulatory needs, medical education, and organizational training requirements via Bioventus’ internal teams and designated training partners.This position requires regular travel, with approximately 60% of time spent in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and agree on yearly purchasing quotas with channel partners, while holding oneself accountable for achieving quarterly and annual sales results.Build and maintain strong business relationships with channel partners, providing guidance and support to ensure achievement of all commercial objectives.Identify, analyze, and evaluate market opportunities and translate them into clear, executable actions and activities in close cooperation with internal teams.Collaborate with channel partners and internal departments (Marketing, Medical Education, Regulatory, etc.) to develop and execute activities that generate additional revenue.Attend local, national, and regional exhibitions and scientific congresses together with channel partners to support business growth.Prepare quarterly regional overviews and provide accurate outlooks for the upcoming quarter.Ensure full compliance with the Bioventus Code of Compliance and Ethics, all relevant policies, procedures, and internal controls.Perform other duties as assigned.Professional Requirements & CompetenciesCommercial Excellence: Demonstrated ability to effectively influence channel partners, drive sales execution, and deliver strong, predictable revenue growth across diverse markets.Strategic Market Development: Ability to assess market potential, identify new opportunities, and translate insights into actionable commercial plans to expand Bioventus’ presence in the region.Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships and maintain consistent engagement with channel partners and internal stakeholders.Cross-Functional Coordination: Acts as a central mediator between channel partners and Bioventus internal departments (Marketing, Regulatory, Medical Education, Supply Chain, Customer Service). Ensure partners receive proper support and that all required activities, such as training, are arranged via Bioventus’ designated training department.Operational Excellence & Accountability: Strong discipline in forecasting, business planning, and performance tracking. Holds self and partners accountable for achieving quarterly and annual targets.Market Execution & Support: Ability to support channel partners with local market activities, commercial planning, and execution of aligned business strategies.Resilience & Adaptability: Able to navigate diverse markets, dynamic environments, and varying regulatory frameworks across the MENA region.Ethical Conduct: Committed to operating in full compliance with Bioventus’ Code of Conduct, corporate policies, and all applicable regional regulations. Demonstrates integrity and professionalism at all times.Education And Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)BD or BA in business or science; MBA preferred.Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical device channel partner management.Results-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated.Must reside in Saudi ArabiaDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Are you the top talent we are looking for?Apply now!
