• Sales Development Specialist

Location: Giza, Egypt Employment

Type: Full-Time

Summary:

The Sales Development role is responsible for contributing to business growth by identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, supporting the sales pipeline, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the BD and TA teams to convert leads into active accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across various industries.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and email outreach.

• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and follow-up actions.

• Schedule introductory meetings between clients and the BD Manager.

• Collaborate with the BD Manager to prepare client proposals and service presentations. • Assist with required documentation for client onboarding.

• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth progression throughout the sales cycle. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support cross-selling opportunities and expand service offerings.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify business opportunities.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline performance. • Recommend enhancements to outreach strategies and client engagement.

• Represent Outserving Plus in events, job fairs, and networking activities when needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Corporate Sales Account Management.

• Experience in recruitment or HR services is considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to conduct market research and analyze client profiles.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

• Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently work toward achieving and exceeding goals.

• Professional and client-oriented mindset.

• Strong time management and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure with resilience.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

• Prefer to have a car.
