Location: Home-based with extensive regional travel
Expected Start Date: January 1, 2026
Salary Range: 4000-5000 USD/ month + bonus
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3-5 years of specific hands-on experience in the Banking Card and Payment Solutions market within the Middle East. The primary focus is to drive sales growth by selling EMV payment products and solutions (likely including Banking cards, Digital Tokenization Solution, Perso System, EMV modules etc) to Banking/Financial institutions, perso center across the MENA region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, developing new market opportunities, and acting as the strategic account lead.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Target & Market Strategy: Achieve annual individual and team sales KPIs. Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Middle East market, focusing on expanding our share in the banking card solutions sector with a 1-year and 3-year horizon.
Business Development: Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities within the Payment verticals. Build a robust pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
· Full-Cycle Sales Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers. Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to closure, including customer meetings, proposal development, presentations, quotations, and tender participation.
· Relationship & Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at payment customers and channel partners. Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage contract renewals and expansions.
· Market Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the MENA payment market, including regulatory trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, to tailor solutions and advise internal teams.
· Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to design customer-specific solutions, support product demonstrations, and relay critical market feedback.
· Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, coordinating with internal departments to provide timely and effective solutions.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
· Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record in the payment cards and related payment services market. experience selling to banks, Fintechs, perso centers.
· Industry Knowledge: Non-negotiable familiarity with the middle east Payment landscape. Established network and understanding of key players, purchasing processes, and market dynamics in major Middle East countries
· Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously from a home base. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
· Language: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Arabic fluency is a significant and highly preferred advantage.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within middle east countries and internationally (e.g., China, Singapore) for client meetings, training, and exhibitions as required.
