Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Monitor daily sales operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in sales in cosmetices field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
