Job Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial assembly tools, bolting tools, metalworking machinery, and related equipment.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and onsite visits, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers or manufacturers as needed.
• Conduct product installations, commissioning, and user training sessions for clients across manufacturing, coffee, and dental sectors.
• Document and track support cases, solutions, and customer feedback using internal systems.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and technical advice to clients.
• Assist in the development and updating of technical documentation, manuals, and training materials.
• Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer workshops as a technical expert.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or a related engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong Microsoft Skills
• Familiarity with industrial machinery, assembly tools, or metalworking equipment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
