El-Saba Automotive is hiring Customer service

Job duties:

• Follow up on all calls to evaluate the sales representative for different branches

• Track the online leads and coordinate with the telemarketing team on their follow ups

• Call the customer to evaluate their purchasing experience and do SSI survey

• Manage all agents reports

• Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system

• Manage the free maintenance processes and approvals

Requirements and skills:

• Fresh Graduate can apply

• Good command of Microsoft office

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Good command in the English language

• Presentation skills
