HR Executive for MCV
Work in line with different departments to identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
Design, plan and organize orientation for new employees.
Implement effective training and development plans and monitor the progress of trainees.
Maintain organizational charts and details job descriptions along with salary records.
Lead annual performance management process including forms, tools/resources, communication plan and timeline.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar from any reputable university
3-5 years of experience
Excellent command of spoken and written the English language
The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Keeps ahead of all new techniques in recruitment, training, OD and ER
