Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the talent management activities among the companies business units
• Generate Talent Review exercises periodical reports and consolidate them
• Facilitate and coordinate the assessment centers setups
• Coordinate and support in the talent review exercises among the groups business units
• Maintain and coordinate the performance management system across all businesses
• Generate the analysis after the closure of the Performance Management Cycle
Qualification – Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management or HR is an advantage
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Management – Performance
• Advanced in MS Excel
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about numbers with analytical skills
