The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Source sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls
• Understand and explain the product or service to the customer
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner and close new accounts
• Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales by going the “extra mile”
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Ideal Profile
Skills Required
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proven track record of achieving quota and at least 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales
• Proficient in both oral and written English
• Own work equipment (laptop or desktop PC) with WINDOWS Operating System (OS)
• Stable internet connectivity
• USB noise-canceling headset
• Can start right away and work in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
